I am leaving i n Ravet ,since 6days continuoulsy taking follow-up with Tata sky customer care for replacement of dead set top box but still not getting any solution.Every day they are giving false commitment for solution but not getting any solition .Makimg request on hold.Also first operator who have assign to my request just called me & cancel the request by giving bullshit reason & not ready to replace tata sky set top box .putting my request from many days on hold.
