This is Sameer Rane , I am using Tata sky HD from last some years , suddenly one fine day my set top box stopped working , I have already paid their fees for next 2 months , in a hope that my tv shall start I called up Tata sky help line number several times ( around 10 times ) there is no response neither they r able to resolve my problem nor they r sending any technician to resolve the same , we r working from home , it’s only way of entertainment & source of information for us , every time we call the kind of pathetic responses we get from brand like Tata is ridiculous , I don’t see any solution for this so here I want to launch complaint against Tata sky for not providing services even after paying them in advanced & compensation for kind of mental torture we have gone through , thank you
