I have purchased a new Tata sky HD connection Sub no: 1354530063 which was installed on 28/11/2019, but couldn’t view the channels continusly due to some technical reasons, The person/Technician VINOD Mob No: +918296247280, came home the second day is 30/11/19, and took away the set top box saying that he would take it to his office and rectify , It has been more than 12 days he has not returned the same , he doesn’t even receive my calls, I have also placed my complaint with the Tata sky customer care also still no response
