On Saturday technician visited and replaced ordinary set top box with HD set top box. When asked he said now I can use HD channels with the said subscription or payment for the channels as mentioned by Tata sky. Now I have changed my old rate plan with HD channels. I ma facing problem as I am able to hear only audio no video display for HD channels.
I am trying to reach of to Tata customer care they r just giving me 2hrs tat but no one calling back.
