1. My name is Nitu Basu I am a customer of Tata sky from more then 8 years my id no 1124588433 from few days I am not watching Tv due to some problem I visit to near by Tata sky service center with my settop box  the person told me that your box problem so new box is required for that purpose rupes 550 required,i am ready to  pay it but at the moment of change he told me that your box no is missing so he denied to give me new box. I request him that it is few years old may be peper sticker open so please give me the box. But he did not give me . Due to this my family not watching the tv. Kindly solved this problem
