It’s been nearly 30 days since I made a payment in TATASKY which got failed ( I don’t know for what reason !!) and these people haven’t refunded the amount to my bank account yet. Each time I call the customer care they simply ask me to wait for 2-3 more working days. This is totally ridiculous on there behalf to do this. Do they cheat all of their customers like this?? Never Imagined that such a reputed company would do this to their customer…. Totally disappointment. If I still don’t get my refund I shall have to discontinue my connection from TATA SKY.
