Dear Sir, despite informing Tata Sky their team is not only inefficient but they are harassing and abusing the customers and top of it after complaining on social network platform they are least bothered to resolve it, it’s being more than a week and they don’t have legitimate office to address the grievances and they have power to disconnect the connection when not paid and when customers complaints they are one of most inefficient organisations among Tata Group. Hope the matter will be taken seriously to resolve my query as a common man.
