Sir, l Have recharged for my Tata sky ID 1221592270 this year on 27th October 2020 for 3385/- in consulted with your representative. Last year also I have recharged for 3384/- and availef 13months facility of seeing the programmes. But this year I am seeing the due date is coming 21/08/21 how it is possible sir. Recharged for yearly pkgs on 27/10/20 means it has to go up to 27/11/21 as per practical and offer provided by you. Sir, inform you that during offer call your representative has clearly told about the amount of recharge and validity. Please see due to our limited budget only we are recharging economy packs. But such a big organization and your sales person are doing such manipulation is not correct sir. We poor people are suffering out of these. Please enquire and give justice by providing activation date up to 27/11/2021 as per yearly offers recharged done on 27/10/20.
Please help us otherwise we will go for consumer court as harassment and false commitment provided by your representative.
