Tata sky (manager in gurgaon sector 51 area Megh Shyam) had committed to install landline connection along with broadband and made us buy 6 months package for internet and new telephone device (costing 2000 rs.).
He promised to install it by 25th june, after that the entire Tata sky team has been absconding including their on ground staff, their CEO also doesn’t respond.
They have caused us this monetary loss other than of course not installing any landline connection.
A broad daylight fraud and they are fleecing their customers in pretext of free landline installation.
