Hi Tata Sky Team,
I have a some issue with the service charge you’re taking in the name of Natural calamity
I got my setup box signal lost due to rainfall
After rain ended I tried to checkup the signal
and It was showing no signal contact customer care and from customer care I got solution of getting technician visit to solve this issue and pay a charge amount of 149 rs.
In which he comes and do some setting by hand and the signal gets corrected. It has been 3-4 times.
My question is why will I pay 149rs for the visiting charges which should be corrected by tata sky for their errors in signal
Other DTH operators near me gets full signal even when it’s raining heavily, a slight rain and you hear the irritating message from tata sky setup box of your signal is lost
How long will I pay 149rs donation to TATASKY in the name of service charge or visiting charge.
It’s your job of getting it fixed for the customer
Guys work of your signal Issue
It’s purely fraudulent and looting of customer in name of natural calamity

I will never recommend my friends and family to get Tatasky setup.
