Text of Complaint by Vidisha:

My Subscriber ID is: 1123499384. After the new TRAI Regulations in place, my TATA Sky monthly bill has gone up by two-folds (earlier Rs. 160, now, its 300+). Besides, the channels which are said to be “free” and part of my earlier package are not coming in the TV.
TATA Sky has the hopelss customer care team – who do not know how to talk and behave with their customers and also how to resolve the customer problems…

I am lost… Thanks to TRAI for benefiting the DTH operators at the cost of poor customers!
