There was an issue in my Tata sky due to signal strength and Tata sky asked for an engineer visit charges which I denied and ask for connection termination.
Then on same day I got a call again from Tata sky in even and lady said he is some senior person from Tata sky and she promised that Engineer vist charges will deduct from your account but j assure you they will be reversed and you just have to give a call to us.
I did the same post my issue resolution and dedication of charges and it was informed that it will take maximum 72 hours and today 8th Aug got a call from no 2071004500 and lady very rudely said you have received a wrong information and charges will not be reversed and when I asked why it wasn’t informed to me as it was a cheating with me as I was never ready to pay that and even ready to disconnection.
But the lady in front was Very Very RUDE and said ” Jo karna hai kar lo charges nahi reverse honge, Jaha complaint karni hai kar lo”.
I need an apology for this with charges reversal else I am taking this matter to social media as well as in consumer forum because I do have both call recording.
