This is Navakanth Reddy, TATASKY subscriber from last 1 year… registered contact Number – 9296855264… the issue is last week i called to TATASKY to location transfer option… they took the new address and they installed tooo… they told me to pay 200 for Uninstallation charges and installation charges for new house is Rs. 300… total 500 taken…. but suddenly they charged additional 500 without any intimation…. and they disconnected my account today without any information ….. i called so many times to customer care … but there is no proper response from TATASKY…. really rediculous…. worst people are working on TATASKY…. not given any responce and importance to customer…. DONT buy TATASKY D2H…. waste products are given…. they are not working properly and also they are charging overratess….. worst service from TATASKY….. DONT BUY…..
