My tata sky id is 1251 220 339. On 3rd feb we asked to tata sky customer care executive regarding new trai pack.
He suggested us that if we want to continue our old pack then we can go ahead.
So we didn’t choose trai new pack as all packs are in higher rate as compare to our old plan.
On 12th feb tata sky taken out our all movies channels without informed us. When we called them they said its new trai rule.
Whereas they never informed us before about it. Today on 28th feb tata sky saying that today our pack will be over but still our 30 days has not completed.
This is really unacceptable. Tata sky are not giving any prior information, instead of that they gave us wrong information.
This is unprofessional behaviour of tata sky. I just want that our pack should be continue till 30 days i. e. 5th march. After that we will start new trai pack.
