Dear sir,
i am really disgusted by the poor service of Tata Sky. They are not allowing in their app to manage new pack if we are already with higher pack. their customer service toll no is allways busy and they never bothered to call us back. there are free channels like DD sports which they are not activating inspite of several request through SMS and their App.
One more thing i would like to highlight here is any tata sky channels ( their own sports/ health / entertainment etc ) if coming on the way through changing the channels, it get stuck multiple times at their own channel and it doesnt move forward. purposefully they are making consumer stay at their own channels.
i am trying to change my pack which is not allowing in the app. for example it is taking me to only one option that is to recharge 537/- at manage pack section it is asking to enter valid password but no option. when i go for rechange it is directly taking me to payment site for 587/- recharnge
