I have changed my house (From – P/304 to P/103 Prakriti Vihar, Kadma, Jamshedpur in same area) and In December’2018 relocated my DTH and cable wires also changed with paying the charge of cable and relocation charge, but from 28/05/2019 I could not see the TV .
Today morning as per customer care advise I recharge my DTH with Rs 70.00. Now customer care say that if address will be changed your warranty of cable wire will be lapsed or you have to pay relocation charge
