Text of Complaint by Rashmi Ruchi:

Set top box not functioning since last 18 days and we already lodged the complaint on 30th may”2020. But till date problem not resolved or technician not visited at our place. Since lodgement of complaint we talked on toll free number on daily basis and they have replied same statio type that COVI reason.
