Dear Tata Sky Management Team & Mr.Ankur Jain &Mr. Brij Mohan,

My customer ID is 1107054130 – I have been a valued customer of Tata sky for more than 10 years now- I’ve requested for relocation of my DTH as Tata sky is not working due to improper signal. This is all error from tata sky but when we call for assistance they Customer care says that we have locked the complaint, executive will visit, But no one has come yet: I have been calling continuously for the last 20-25 days, every time we get a message that the executive will come, but no one comes.
I made my call regular such as on 6th August- 8th August and 12th August & 13th & 14th August . The customer care executive everytime noted down my request and I explained in detail about all issue as well as for no signal.
They raised ticket evertime for relocation of DTH , but there was no action or follow-up on this in every time I received message instead of resolutions –

highly disappointed.

“Dear Subscriber, Tata Play Technician visit for WO#1-4MCZLDHX is scheduled.

I called multiple times since then. Each time they raised a new ticket, however, there was no response.

I hadn’t received any call/update from them asusual, so decided to call again on 13 August & today 20th August . This time they transferred a call to a senior executive, and that person said that he has escalated the issue and they would surely take some action in the next 24 hours.but there was no response.

It’s 20th August now, and I still haven’t heard back from them.

As they are not taking any action, my balance is still getting deducted on a monthly basis.
