Tata sky customer care,
Now my matter is that when I made recharged on 5th of January 2020, then I receive message that recharge is successful and even my amount i.e. 322 rupees has been deducted from my saving account.
Then I called your customer care so he tell me that recharge was not done. You have to recharge again. Then I made again recharge on 6th of January 2020, and i thought that Amazon customer care will help mine.
But he told me that the amount is not deducted from our end it is deducted by Tata sky . Then I called Tata sky customer care and forwarded mail which I get from Amazon and then one of your executive contact me and he ask me to send deduction screenshot and transaction I’d .
Which i had attached with this mail. And then according to Tata sky customer care executive I sent mail him and deduction details he told me that amount is not debited to our end.
