This is really a height of torcher by Tata Sky people , first of all there customer care is really very pathetic, any customer can get irritated by them , they too dont have a full knowledge about the product. On 31-3-2019 i have booked a new connection of DTH from Tata Sky wherin i was told that the installation will be free, and i will be provided 10 meters of cable free and additional cable charges will be charged @Rs.12 per meter. The Set top box was installed by late evening and i paid Rs.3805/- including the two set top boxes and my pack of Rs.505 for my first connection and Rs.300/- for multiple connection. Now the issue is that i have not received one month subscription free and beside this which really hurt me was that they have deducted charges from my ID stating installation charges and extra wire charges , wherein if there was any extra wire added the installation people had not notifed me when i paid him the money in cash and evn when asked about the same he told me its O.K. When i checked my account for the next due date it was on 29-4-2019 earlei ( 2Days back) and now its showing next recharge date as 19-4-2019, they are simply looting , and before any deduction they have even not notified me for the same . I am really feed up with this Tata Sky people since the day i have started talking to them , but still believed as big a good and reputed DTH operator.
Please look on to this matter ASAP.
