There after I spoke to your customer support and Bangalore office.
Your officers assured that my mails will be replied, however till date NO REPLY
SUBSEQUENTLY I GAVE ESCALTED THE MATTER TO CONDUMER COURT AND ALSO TO CPGRAMS PORTAL AND SENT THEM THREE REMINDERS.
