Myself Ramesh Dabhade, I am using your TATA SKY set box with Customer
ID – 1156187732
Few months back I shifted to Chembur, I had also contacted your service centre & informed about the address change but there was no response from your team to fit the set top-box, so I myself fitted the same.
But today the set top box is not working, in-spite for multiple calls to your service center the response that I got is that I need to pay for the technical charges & you will be sending the set top-box to my Old address (which I have left 6 months back)
Instead of responding to my query you are just interested in making money. Pervious also your set top-box was not working that time also I had paid charges to you, this happens in every 6 months that your set top-box is not working, so after every 6 months if your set top-box is not working iI need to pay charges for new box, NO I won’t pay any charges it’s the company’s responsibility to provide me new set box @ my current address in Chembur without any charges,also the set top-box should be in good condition & should not be faulty
Kindly resolve this issue asap
