Sir ji,
I am tata sky dth subscriber, my subscriber id is 1167284668. I am not able to change my channel package for few days, every time I try to change my channel package by using tata sky app or whatsapp facility provided by tata sky, it shows some error message, screen shots of which has been attached with this email. When I contacted tata sky helpline they said that we are trying but we can’t tell you how long will it take to resolve. So I am helpless now, please ask tata sky to let me exercise my right of choosing channels of my choice.
This act of tata sky is arbitrary and also a voilation of the supreme Court guidelines.
