I am using Tata sky and done recharge for 1 year in August 2018 and and my package was till August 2019 multi tv package with all channels now suddenly my package is changed 2-3 days back and I’m not getting many channels for which I am asked to pay extra on the contrary I have already paid for it till aug 19 when contacted customer care I’m told due to trai guidelines it has been changed and on questions regarding refund as I have already paid for all channels till aug 19 I’m being told the balance in my account is the refund which absolutely unethical as it’s my balance till aug 19 this is clear cut cheating on part of Tata sky. On calling I’m told to get a call back.
