Below is the mail written to “nodalofficer@tatasky.com” on 2nd Mar,19. Again forwarded twice on 4th. Spoke to the Officer @0172-6000177. He informed , mail still not recd. & when recd. shall be in touch.

“Dear Officer,
Wish to apprise your good self that after recommendations from friends , got Tata Sky dish installed with two HD Set Top Boxes on 13th Feb,19 through Your authorized dealer M/S ROSEY ELECTRONICS , E ‘ Blk , Vikas Puri , New Delhi-110018. Vide his invoice No. ROSEY/GST/R-2090 Dtd. 20th Feb, 2019. Scan Copy of Invoice attached.
At the time of purchase , the dealer quoted Rs. 1800/- for 1st HD Set Top Box with Free Instalation , Free 10 Mts. Wire , with Rs. 12/- per Mt. for extra wire if needed & one month Free subscription / viewing . For 2nd HD Set Top Box , the price quoted was R. 1600/- with same conditions as for 1st but with three months free subscription/ viewing , which was agreed . Payment of Rs. 3400/- was made by Credit Card at that time . Dish was installed on 13th itself.
Started viewing the programs . After approx.. 6-7 days recd. message that your I/D shall be deactivated on account of low balance. Spoke to dealer & got recharged for Rs.120/- on 21st Feb,19 . Again on 24th Feb,19 , the I/D got disconnected . Spoke / visited dealer again and got it activated by recharging for Rs. 100/- . Dealer was made clear to solve this problem of deactivation every now & then as well as paying recharging amount . Dealer confirmed that now onwards there will not be any deactivation and I/D will continue for one month for Primary set top box & for three months for secondary set top box .
However the I/D again deactivated 0n 28th Feb,2019 on Primary set top box & on 1st March, 2019 morning , the secondry set top box also got deactivated . As an important programme of Air Force Pilot release was being telecast LIVE , got it again recharged for Rs. 100/- . All previous recharged were made due to India – Australia cricket Series. All charges made under compulsion due to important telecasts.
Had also been in touch with your Call Centre representatives but answer had been “ to contact dealer “ . Can not do any thing from there side . Finally when spoke to your call centre ,lodged the complaint & a call back was arranged with the supervisor. Recd. the call from Supervisor 0n 1st Mar,19 at about 8 PM , he also replied “ Nothing can be done & to contact dealer .” Tried to explain my view point but he disconnected the line , which is totally unethical and not acceptable . Thereafter recd. message that “ Case has been Resolved “
Above has been the complete background of the case & NOW my CONCERN.
Dealer confirmed of 1st month free viewing for primary set top box & 3 months free viewing for secondry set top box , then why again & again the I/D is getting deactivated and had to recharge again & again . This may be analised at your end and to make sure that I/D is not deactivated before the Free period given by the dealer as well as the recharged amount paid in between be adjusted in further recharge . MY EXPERIENCE WITH TATA SKY HAS BEEN VERY VERY PATHETIC / DISCOURAGING.
Let me make it clear , will have no hesitation in disconnecting this Network and taking a necessary action.
