I live in Bengaluru, Godrej woodsman estate, tier 1B, 103. Recently I opted for Tatasky and within one week had connection problem and was unable to view any channel. Since then (about two weeks) even after many complaints to Tatasky directly and to Tatasky tecnician Venkat no help given. Now they have stopped receiving my calls. I need to get the connection corrected and refunded for a month
