I had purchased TaTa sky package worth Rs 18000 approx in 2016 in which dish was inclusive. At that time I was living in sector 49 Gurgaon and during the time of the installation I was informed by the technician that my condominium has a common dish and hence they will not provide me any dish. But in case I move to other locality which has individual dish system I shall then be provided my TaTa sky dish. In 2018 oct I shifted to sector 48 Gurgaon and requested for transfer of my connection following which the technician connects my cable to some other users dish. After two months upon realizing when my signal was disrupted that there was no common dish system here. Since then I have made numerous calls to TaTa sky for the past 4 months and they have not resolved it and on 15th June during my follow up call they refused to take my complaint and they had the audacity to tell me that they cannot honor the commitment anymore and that I will have to purchase it from them, this after taking 1000 rupees from me in the last 4 months !
I am appalled by such customer service. It is mere case of cheating and not honoring their commitment and minting money. When I told them my intent to approach consumer forum they just scoffed and asked me to go ahead with confidence that no action would be taken against them.
I do not want such things happening to people like it did to me. I already feel so harassed chasing them only to hear this after 4 months of running.
