Dear Madam/ Sir
I paid annual HD subscription on 2nd Aug.2018. I paid Rs.6,400, this amount came when I logged on to my account and clicked on annual subscription. I paid with credit card. I sued for some days and went on travel. I noticed, around end of November, my connection was not working. I called them, the say, yes I paid Rs.6,400, but they thought it is daily rate or some thing which I did not get it. I should be getting service until 1st August 2019
After that various people phone from various places only tell that I need to pay again to view.
I need to get my connection activated.
I have only one box, only one TV, I do not use any gadgets to use.
So kindly restore my connection
