I am the customer of Tata sky having ID no. 1101829313 have complained on Saturday ie 13/4/19 regardin non working of disc till today the problem is not solved instead I am receiving a call from your representative that he is having wrong pin code. The fact is that the company is having correct pin code and address. So can I understand that you or your employee is not interested in providing services to customer. So please try to solve the problem at the earliest and give correct information to your employees. if
