This is regarding about complaint no 1-2B5V3L3Z, we raised compliant on 22/08/2020 around 10 am, still this issue is not resolved.
when ever we are reach out to customer care they simple said, we sorry about ur complaint delaying and we resolving ur issue in 1 hour, after 48 hours also the issue is still pending.
we got some calls from technical/service support people and they are expecting money, If they want to visit my home and this is happening still 2 days onwards
