My tatasky connection is not working due to no signal problem, but when i complaint the customer care, they told me the technician will visit at my home and i have to given service charge of Rs.150/- to him. But the fault is from tata sky side, their dish is not receiving signal, then why the consumer will pay for it. This type of problem i have faced 07 times in a year.
