In spite of repeated complaints lodged since last 3 days my problems has not been resolved. On the contrary every evening I have been informed through online chat that my complaint has been resolved which is a blatant lie.
Consistently I have been given false assurance and later on a false information that my complaint has been redressed.
In the process I have been deliberately harassed and is suffering mental agony.
Therefore I lodge this complaint.
