My tatasky ID 1004642730. I request you to delete forthwith the channels 403, 407, 418,421 and one more channel which I inadvertently subscribed considering the free channel will automatically get deleted after one month. I complained to help line but the attending Lady expressed her inability saying that it is not possible to delete individual channels and only channel packs can be deleted.
Presently I have to pay Rs 483 every month while renewal. Now I request you to delete the above mentioned channels forthwith failing which I shall be constrained to stop subscribing Tatasky from next month onward.
