My subscriber id 1004257307 is,i am hereby elaborating my issue or i should say my harassment in detail,sir i am facing an issue where i am not able to change my channel package from last week of april,i am getting an request successfully accepted response on my tata sky app,but there has been no change in my package and i am being billed according to my old package from last 15 days or so. I had called to customer support number for at least 12 times in last 6 days,and here i am with my issue unresolved and my recharge amount of 800 Rs wasted also my time and energy is been wasted as i has to explain my same issue regularly to each and every one i talk with on customer support,be it with senior executive to whom i am been transferred to from last 3 days.  And now after losing 800 Rs and so much time and energy here i am with same old channel package and to top it all with my SERVICE DEACTIVATED due to insufficient balance.

I am getting response of,you have successfully changed your package, but still its the same as previous one.
