On 27th we change the set top box and dish because of technical issue and not even changed the location , and paid the given amount online . On next day the amount of 300rs was deducted for relocation of dish from the Tata sky account , and we have not even changed the location of dish on wich bases you have reduced the amount by not even a single message or info to the customer , since 5 days TV is off and . I need the solution as fast as possible . We have informed you on customer care before but I have got no response from your side . I need a solution as soon as possible
