Dear sir
I had recharged my tata sky account with rs 100 and activate bengali premium hindi sports pack and drop this pack before 12.00 am as per trai guidelines we can add and drop any pack without paying any extra charges.but tata sky deducted my balance and it happened for continuously 4 days.after complaining to its customer care i found that they had changed this rule and they said that every package has lock in system for atleast 1 day and they cant refund my amount.but i want my refund since they did not inform us prior and it is against the trai rule.
