I have tata sky connection(last more than 10 year) .I have come across signal problem .I have filled a complaint in tatasky.TATA SKY send one tec. person on 15/07/2021. He told me to take new connection because he is not able to repair.I tell him what is process. He answer me I will give you new connection with one month free recharge . But within 15 days recharge over. I call tatasky customer service he told me that you have taken connection from dealer we cannot help. I told him he was your tec. person it is your responsible. Tec. person recharge my account less and taken full money in pocket. Tec. person name is sourab vishwaka mobile no.7057013003.
