My Tata sky Id is 1304378720 in the name of Prashant Kumar. I have paid Rs. 2200/- to the dealer for HD tata sky connection which was installed on 9th march,2019. With this dealer promised to provide free Rs 368/- plan for 1 month. But in every 2-3 days my tata sky id gets deactivated for which I have complained 3-4 times in tata sky customer service, but every time they say new things but do not resolve my problem. Sometimes they even disconnect the call when they are not able to resolve my issue. Even sometimes they put my call on hold for infinite time so I do not left with any other choice than disconnect the call. Some of the telecallers names are Sandip, Sumit etc..
