Text of Complaint by Nitin Dhage:

I’m unable to select my channel through Tata sky mobile App.for this reason I am calling to customer care number.one lady received my call and she did not give satisfactory answer when I am asking her for call transfer to her senior Dept. She hold my call for 30 min. Third class service from Tata sky.
