My customer ID is 1018795193. Recently from the month of March I was not able to view tata sky binge as it was asking me to update it. Since I was not able to do it myself I put a complaint in the customer care for some assistance. Their senior technician came to the house can could not solve the issue and took my firestick and put another one without the implications of the cost. After a day my account was disconnected and I recharged with my regular monthly pack of 680. Even then my account was not restored. Thereafter it came to knowledge that they have charged me 4000 rupees which was a shocker to me previously the customer care lady had told me that I would not be charged me anything. With the old firestick we were avble to view all programs except for binge. Now they have given us a new firestick and we are not able to view any programs and we are being pressurized to pay. This is a scam from local distributors where the customer was kept in the dark when replacing the firestick although the customer care lady had informed me earlier that I would not be charged anything. This is harassment and unacceptable. Request somebody to help in restoring the connection.
