I have problem with TATA Sky STB and since morning twice I called and spoke to Tata sky customers care for engineers visit and they assured that visit will be done today but till now to respond from engineers and also if I am calling back to customer care they told there is no complaints are log in their record. Please help me to resolve this issue.
