- My Tata sky sub Id is 1267309639. I called there customer care last night to change my base pakage. They told me that they don’t have right to do so.i told them I don’t have any net access to go online and change my pakage , I talked to 2 persons baljinder and Abhishek , both of them seems in a hurry to wrap up the call and didn’t provide me any resolution.i got 3 Tata sky connection and I m totally annoyed by there support staff . They don’t have any courtesy to help out there customer.i will not recommend anyone to go with that company.i m totally frustrated by their response that their manager also had no rights to change the customer pakage.
