Hello,

I have taken Tata sky dish TV online, and vendor came installed the dish and other equipment, but still not activated, and after calling the vendor and technician many times they are not answering my calls and also not giving any information.

I tried to contact tata sky customer care also, but no use, they also not taking this serious.

Just want to know is the vendor was genuine or not and also I paid amount of 1653 Rs via UPI Id. if he is not genuine how will get my money back and what is the stand of Tata sky on this issue.
