Dear Sir/Madam,
We have taken Tata Sky connection since last 6 months but facing consistent problems. We have raised several complaints against the issues at their customer service. Someone comes to repair, it works for a while and again same issue arises. Two issues mainly faced are:
- The connection goes off at a specific time at night everyday
- Audio and video doesn’t play in sync
There was a part replaced a week ago and when the person comes again to check he again demands money saying that there is a fault in some in building connection. In our building whole floor has Tata Sky connection but none of them has faced similar issues which means our connection is not done properly. We would like the fault to be corrected permanently and refund us 6 month’s our subscription money for the harassment caused.
