Dear sir,
I purchased TATA SKY new connection through unisyn enterprises by paying 2145/- on dated 06-11-2020 from sales executive Mr.Praveen and Ms.Jayashri Shirsat from Pune. I have paid amount through the phone pay .
they give me wrong information about the free subscription period and description about the HD set top box that the connection will running continue in bed and rainy weather.
I got some bad reviews from my friends and immediately i told Mr.Praveen and Ms.Jayashri Shrisat to cancel my connection.
Now when i called Tata Sky customer care they may refund around 1145/-. I am not sure why the dealer has recharged aftere i asked for connection cancellation. As i have not used any Tata Sky services i want my complete amount to be refunded.
so please take quick action on this fraud with me towards your company sales executive and help to me to get refund.
Ane one more important thing is that Unisyn people are not even answering my call after i am asking for refund of my amount.
