Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a tatasky Subscriber & my ID is 1286563653. Every day from evening 6pm, I am unable to watch programs & getting the screen as attached. However, inspite of numerous calls to the customer care, once they came & checked a month before. Nevertheless, there is no improvement and there is no signal at all. Kindly look into this problem.
