Dear Sir
My Subscriber id : 1325617783 . Last 7 days my account is deactivate and I am not able to see the TV. 100 times I talked to Customer Care and written a mail but there is no resolution. I received SR number: 2D6T7ED9. There was no relocation request made by me and there is no address change and no relocation of my disk, but TATA SKY deducted Rs 300/- which is not fair. Kindly look into this and refund my amount and activate the id.
