I APPLIED FOR RELOCATION OF MY TV CONNECTION FROM HOWRAH, W.B. TO KOLKATA, W.B. AT MY NEW FLAT ON 8TH, JUNE20.
EVERYDAY I MADE REMINDER & COMPLAINT FOR TRANSFER OF MY TV CONNECTION AND I WAS ASSURED THAT MY CASE HAS BEEN ESCALATED & TECHNICAL PERSON WILL CONTACT ME BY NEXT MORNING 10 AM BUT ALL IN VAIN.
LIKE WISE I MADE DAILY CHAT ON LINE & I WAS ASSURED THAT MY CASE BEING ESCALATED & TECH PERSON WILL Positively VISIT NEXT DAY BUT AGAIN ALL IN VAIN.
NOW 15 DAYS HAS PASSED BUT TILL NOW MY RELOCATION WORK NOT COMPLETED EVEN AFTER DAILY PHONE CALLS. WORST PART IS TATASKY MAN IS COMING IN MY NEW COMPLEX & I TALKED TO HIM & HE SAID THAT HE CAN GIVE NEW CONNECTION IN24 HRS.
BUT HE CAN NOT DO FOR RELOCATION, IT’S REALLY SAMEFULL FOR COMPANY THAT IN ORDER TO GET MONEY THEY GIVES NEW CONNECTION IN24 HRS. BUT RELOCATION COULD NOT COMPLETE EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS AFTER DAIL REMINDER BY ME & ASSURANCES FROM THEM.
I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND FEELING loanLY IN ABSENCE OF ANY ENTERTAINMENT BEING A NEW PLACE. I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND HOW MR TATA TATA TALKS SO MUCH BIG BIG WHEN HE &HIS COMPANY CAN NOT GIVE SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. TATASKY SHOULD BE PENALISED FOR DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE & COMPENSATION SHOULD BE PAID TO ME FOR ALL THIS harassment & MENTAL AGONY.
TATASKY SHOULD ALSO REFUND THE COST OF SETUP BOXEX , CABLE AND DISC COST TO ME SO THAT I CAN TAKE ANOTHER DTH SERVICE CONNECTION AS THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT TO SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
