Dear sir, My subscriber number is 1349 028 926 which was recharged on 4th June 2020 at night. I am surprised to note that I am getting message on my TV screen that my recharge is going to expire and 27th June that is today.
I was getting several telephone call from Tata Sky they told that there is free offer for Bollywood movies at the rate of 75 per month nd 2.50/-per day but for 15 days it is totally free.
When I told them that I am not at all interested they told that we are enabling the same for free movie and no charges will be levied from you. But today I am getting repeated message at my TV screen that my recharge is going to be deactivated at night and I do not able to understand as to how it can be done.
Now I request Tata Sky management to look into this serious irregularity and avoid deactivation of my channels failing which I shall be constrained to inform the media representatives that Tata Sky people are cheating to their innocent subscribers by adopting such modes-operandi beside posting this message on the Facebook and other electronic media channel.
If possible please call me on my registered mobile number 942 5177795 to discuss the matter and resolve this petty issue on priority.
