I had opted for TataSky Broadband taking into consideration its TATA group company and hence the service would be great. Unfortunately that was a worst mistake of my life.
I had installed this connection on 31st July, since then more than 10 support request were created about connectivity issues. I can understand that due to rain there can be such issues but yesterday(21st Sept, 2020) the connection was down from 3PM IST and wasn’t restored till 2PM IST on 22nd Sept, 2020. I was quite frustrated by this service as for 23 hours the network was down due to maintainance. But this wasn’t the end the connection was down again at 4PM on 22nd Sept, 2020 and hasn’t been restored yet.
Lastly whenever we contact the customer care, the agent would inform us 3-4 hours ETA, but it’s a general ETA. The service isn’t started within that timeframe. Today I asked for a senior manager with the agent, he transferred the call which was disconnected automatically after a minute. So currently I don’t trust TataSky Broadband service as well as the support.
